Hi, so I couldn't think about a better forum to state this question in, but anyway.

I bought 90 days gametime card from a guy ingame for 25k, I used it and everything worked, but when I checked my account today they are gone? How can they first give time and delete without emailing or anything?

Anyone know this?

I think they refunded the money they paid for the code.
Same thing as the cheap Recruit-A-Friend month :)

If I got him added ingame, blizzard account etc. Can I found info about the guy somehow?

What information do you need?
I doubt you can do anything at all. this happens alot

You got scammed, if it sounds to good to be true it often is.
you can?t do a shit, you will just get your self banned for trading.

Always add a person on skype, and talk to them for at-least 2 days before you make a trade like that.
Otherwise mostly 85% of the time, you will get scammed.

I get scammed very same like u and after 2 days blizz deleted my codes.... than i asked them why and they anwsered me that codes were bought by stolen credit card.... always let them give u code first, than u add it and if it accept it like a gamecard 60 days, code is ok and pay guy that gave you one...

He gave me the code, then I added it to my account, then I payed him.

Never buy 1/3/9 months of gametime. it will always be a scam. Only safe way, is to buy 2month prepaids (They are sold in stores only).

Get them to give you card, activate it (If it works, check your account's history and it will tell you if it's a 2month or not). If it shows only a month, it's cause they are trying to scam you.

Once i see one month, i say nice try, and continue on without paying.

The thing is, you cannot report him for scamming. (I THINK)

Isn't that abuse of economy? Trading in real life stuffs for wow gold.
I've read that somewhere.

Any suggestions?

That would make you banned, wouldent it?
