So, I wanted to try this bot out before investing much money in it. I bought my first key on Oct 18, and have BARELY had any success with running it due to the issues with downloading mesh, authentication, and tiles... etc.

Is there any way this can be taken into account so I can actually get some run time on the keys I spent money on? Any time extensions would be greatly appreciated since I was not able to actually get the bot running more than a few hours during the two 24 hour keys I purchased.

well the keys don't start counting time, until they are used for the first time, so your 2nd key should still be fine.
if you would like you can e-mail [email protected] and let them know that you had problems with it, because of the issues we've been having and see if they will reissue another key for you.

Dude, I read the forums. I know the servers are having issues. These posts were not made before I purchased my key, infact the mods posted that everything should be good to go, but I have not been able to use my bot and my time to use it is already almost expired.

That's the problem, I used the second key, but everytime I ran it the bot had the Tile/s error 10 minutes into my session.
