Bought 1 year subcribtion, but can't login.

Hi, I'm having a really frustrating issue. Yesterday I bought my second 1 year subscribtion, then I try to open my bot and login, but it tells me this:
Shared Sessions: 0/0
Please purchase a Buddy Product!
Authentication failed!

I have also lost my paid plugin key, can you help me retrieve it please? /:

Open a new thread on payments section and Bossland will resend you the key

As for your login issue make sure that you are trying to log on bot using your shop info

Nah its not the same,log on auth portal and kill your session
