Bought 1 Week license

Hello guys,
since my lifetime license got cancelled I bought a 1 week license to lvl up a toon and do some WQs. I've bought the license on sunday and because I entered it into HB just to see it is outdated the license is running. Is it possible to get a refund or a new 1 week license? Couldnt use it a single second..
