Well first you need a proxy and finding a free public one that is fast enough for you to use to play games is not easy imo. you also want to find a proxy that is at least in the same town as you. IMO though, just play on a different computer, because if you have a different proxy but the comp you're playing on has the same mac address they'll probably call you on it. Anyway, I personally don't see a "proxy" helping you. If anything it will get you flagged when you go from playing the account in your home town to playing your account wherever the proxy is located.
