I tried just about everything, and nothing worked too well.

I gave up & tried monk & it seems much more effective.

Don't have access to a calc atm but I'm running bola with insta explosion bola quiver, arrow rain Sade, twin chakra with a few hate regen and ability reductions you can spam the hell out of it and hits hard. And vengeance with hate regen for elites

Smoke Screen - Healing Vapors
Preparation - Battle Scars
Vengeance - Seethe
Entangling Shot - Justice is Served
Cluster Arrow - Loaded for Bear

Fire damage will help. Overall this build hasnt given me too many deaths farming.

CA loaded with bear, fire bolas, preparation, wolf, ss with healing. T2-T3 easy with fire gear.
