Botting not worth it, some math included

Each of your panels is made up of reactive cells, the most expensive part of the panels, and they have a set lifespan (charges). And yeah in the US they do the same, they are actually required by law to purchase excess power from you too, its interesting.

Are they now? I heard they only gave you credit for your spare electricity, and that the credit can only be used to get more electricity. So basically according to what I've heard before, one with solar panels in the US would get nothing except for a bit of free electricity for nights and when the panels die out. But I'm not sure since I didn't look to deep into it.

No, all local power companies will buy it right off you, it is in credit, but you can cashout that credit. The electricity generated basically works backwards on your power meter, allowing you to have potential $300 credit at the end of the month, which you can go get a check for.

I didnt know the panels had cells to store power. Wouldnt that be storing DC power? I thought there are only cells after the inverter where it stores AC power. I could be wrong.

Our power bill comes quarterly. We get our credit back at the end of the year in check form.

They dont store the power, they react, generating the power. They only have a certain amount of cycles until they die and generate 0 energy.

Sorry misunderstood u be4. I know what you mean now. If i remember correctly, warranty on them are 25 years. But they do depreciate efficiency over time. Nevermind they are the chinese ones. Japanese ones cost almost 3 times as much with only 1% efficiency increase which i was told. My contract for selling back is only 15 years. After that will probably look for option of energy storage which hopefully will be cheaper in the future.

Ya solar power is the way to invest if you dont plan on moving for a while and have the dough. But energy storage you get a whole spew of more problems, and expenses. Just curious, how much is the maintenance for ur solar panels, and are they pretty weather resistant?

As far as i know, all solar panels are weather resistant. 0 maintenance. Might have to water spray the panels every couple of years just in case it gets mouldy or blurry but thats about it. Usually the warranty covers the installation, where your roof might leak if not installed properly.

Thanks, this helped a lot. :D Now I can look into getting some and possibly more than i need so i can get the credit... maybe if i can even afford that much.

To put the thread back on track; Botting is only worth it if botting raises the average income of your main source[job] and other sources of income relative to the time spent on those other sources of income[investment, stock, or renting things out]. For example, if you make about 8dollars an hour doing your job and if you're on the bot/monitoring the bot 8 hours and only getting 8 dollars daily from it, then no, it is not worth your time, because it drives down your your average amount of income per time spent. But some people really love money, and are happy just getting it. As for me, I have no job, no diploma, and no experience working with anything really. So thus, this is definitely worth it for me. It's as if life just opened up a door for me to move forward.

I love where this topic has gone, honestly it has turned into the most meaningful topic on the 'front page' lately lol. sure didn't start that way though.

Well thats what forums are for i suppose. Couple of bored nerds at work or school having a good healthy chat among other interests.

yes everyone listen to OP and quit botting, he is the man the math checks out solid yo.

Did you know botting also gives you cancer and diabetes? it's not healthy for you, gotta quit asap.
