According to wowhead, the no dismount perk is level 1 stables, level 2 is no daze while mounted.
"Stables 1 Enables the capture and training of special mounts on Draenor. Also allows you remain mounted while interacting with objects in outdoor Draenor zones."
not to mention you have garden and other stuff to produce herbs, ore and the such... not sure how much mats you get daily or how exactly it works but definitively worth checking it.
