Botting in Eu, get banned accounts back(IMPORTANT)

Hello everyone,
I just wanted to give out a quick information for all the players in the EU,
blizzard says that they can check your cpu and ram whenever they want.
Article 15 A I think.
Blizzard Entertainment:World of Warcraft Terms of Use
That's not allowed in the EU.
A friend got banned, he was told that they checked his cpu processes and ram,
he warned them that its not allowed in the EU and got his account back.
So if you are getting banned tell them that they are not allowed.

Tried but no succes. They told me, I should write a letter to their legal department...
 
They checked my CPU and told me to keep botting, still got my 4 accounts running.
 
Mailed them, but again... "talk to our legal department"
told them, that i may talk to the prosecution and not to their f**** legal department. ;-)


again... "talk to our legal department" and "fuck you, lay a criminal complaint against us, if you want. we give a f*** of you"

blizzard... you are so funny.
 
Hi there, scanning computer is illegal in specified countries like Germany I think but in my country (France), Blizzard can access our computers if you agree to their TOS.

Can someone confirm it?

whole EU the same, they are not fucking allowed to check your cpu, if it gets out in public that they do that they will lose so much players, they even can see if your watching porn...come on, fuck blizzard they will give it back for sure
 
I think, they give a sh** on that. Look... NSA is watching us, no one cares... BND in Germany is watching us, no one cares... Blizz is watching us, no one cares... So what? I mailed the whole afternoon with blizzard, showed them the ???... but they don't care.

Blizz is arrogant and thinks, that they stand above the law.

It also depends how you write the email, as soon as I get the copy of the friends email ill post it here
 
I wait for the new Counts, which will be official on 5. august ont the investment conference :) We will see how much subscription they lost again :) I must laugh because blizz are so stupid to ignore their customers. :) It will be great to talk to the investors how much customers they banned. And yes they banned alot of players who dont have botted in the past :) i know 2 players but they have "found" a software... i laugh :)
 
After my last mail, blizzard removed the banned account from my battle.net and some merged sor accounts, too... blizzard, you are so awesome! :-D Are you pi**ed?

how do you mean? did u get them back or did they delete your acc?
 
lol im botting for over 9 months on the same accounts that i use for questbotting what are u talking about botting in eu gets banned im from nl and i dont bot 24/7 i never use gatherbuddy i use questbotting and honorbuddy for my main account for raid healing and arena:)

and i never interactwith people i have badboy for that only with my guild members and im botting on a few accounts witch is stil fine but i wont tell u my bot hours its long hours but safe hours:)

Using public profiles in gatherbuddy:) try to make them you self to not get that quickly banned back in the days i was stupid to had sometimes a wow ban then i called wow up and make a story and sometimes i got my account back:)
