With the constantly reduced CD on all of your major abilities, you could (and will) cast them more often than the bot recognizes. Any suggestions?

For pets yes, full uptime on both BBV and Fetish army.
Overall Jade has gone further on the boards, but not by a great deal and good enough luck could still tip favour to a pet doctor.
