Botting and raiding

So, my main concern with botting in MoP is I am not too sure what reputations/quests I SHOULD do. I mean, currently the main bots are grinding, which I plan to do so I can also skin on my pally but I am just wondering when I go to raid with him, will I lose out on anything?

You need exactly 0 quests done in order to participate in raids.

I understand that, but are there any enchants or big quest chains that would be useful/helpful beforehand? I just don't want to skip anything that would put me behind everyone else who hand leveled.
