Botting after a patch

Just posting out of curiosity really. Servers just went down for maintenance; I'm guessing in the morning there'll be a new patch to download. How risky is it / how long should I wait to continue botting after minor patches like this? Is HB ever updated after these or only after bigger updates? (cata 4.2 to 4.3 for example)

If it works use it.

If it doesnt, wait for update.

If it doesnt work, it will be updated quickly.
