24/7: endless loots and golds income. High chance of being banned (maybe?)

only during daytime: Loots and gold income limited, lower chance of being banned?

I have 0 information to back this up... but is it better to just bot 24/7, because you're going to get banned eventually, or is botting human hours less likely to get you banned?

24/7 is the first thing they look for, especially if you appeal ban and they find that you you've been playing for 5 days straight.

High chance of being banned (maybe?)

That's what some people with high authority here (let's not point the finger) say all the time after that banwave, when most of all were hit. But were there any evidence that people who bot 24/7 were banned much more often than people who run their bots with more "human-like" hours/day? I've never seen any.

I prefer to bot my non 24/7's during daytime, between 2-10pm

those are the hours i would assume the largest playerbase and i bank on the traffic.

nowhere near perfect, but to me its like the border. morepeople, less ablity to properly inspect each one

i have been running a bot for 2000 hours straight minus server downtimes. botting 24/7 does not get you banned. Being on EU gets you banned lol

stop making all these retarded threads that have been answered many times before.

are u mentally fully retarded?

"24/7" means that u bot 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. u just cannot say "between 2-10pm" then. seriously -_-...

when u only bot half of the day there will be half income, noone ever proofed that its safer not to bot the whole time u can turn on your pc.

damn.... "I prefer to bot my non 24/7's during daytime, between 2-10pm"
this sentence is really the most retarded one i ve EVER seen lol.

What megaman said was perfectly accurate. I do not think you fully understand what he is saying.

I prefer to bot between 10-5am, varying on the day, no more than 10 hours each day.

Doesn't matter. A ban is a ban. They look at more than just your days played straight lol. I've not seen ANY difference between botting 4 hours a day or 24 hours a day. There's been no evidence to support the theory that "less hours means less bans" on D3. I've been running 24/7 since release and the only time I was banned was during the "waves" that went out in the November/December time frame.

As long as you're doing it for sheer profit, not banning 24/7 is a waste of your time and money imo ;). The economy isn't getting any better.

I botted for 8 hours a day, supervised, got banned. Bought a new bot and started botting 24/7. Botted for 1.5 month straight now.

Same experience here: Babysitted a bot, got banned during the ban-wave. Started up again, without supervision, haven't been banned yet.

Caring is for losers! Just grow some balls!

2 months straight 24/7, there is no way you will ever go 4 months 12/7 i can tell you that.

24/7 ALL DAY ERRY DAY. anything else is for little nancy boys who are scared of the big bad blizzard wolf.

Shame you can't comprehend what a NON 24/7 bot may be. You need to calm down and read more carefully.

Last big ban i remember people crying they just bought the bot "yesterday" and botted an hour, they lost their accounts the same as us that go 24/7 did. Except we made 400% more on the investment.

I personally set up a new toon on the 17th and botted it from lvl 1-60 in about 10 hours. The wave hit and he was gone. I had a WW Barb at para 100 with who knows how many hours of botting and he got banned, too. It doesn't matter how often or how much you bot, when Blizz wants to get you they do it with no lube.

24/7 is the only way to go if you're botting. There's no difference between 1 hour and 1000 hours other than $10 and $2000. Step up your game.
