Botters that sell accounts: any of your sold accounts banned?

I know a few of us tend to sell botted accounts. Out of curiosity, I bought one of the cheapest (level 10/11) and after using it off and on on my phone for 2 days it was banned. I don't sell but I was wondering if you know of anyone who has had a customer that has complained saying their account has been banned.

I have a total of 15 accounts (created 5 new ones for just this purpose) I have used for about a week now testing to see what settings get banned. No conclusive evidence now but over half have been banned. I do have one account that I botted a lot with locally but stopped about 4-5 days before this last "banning wave" weekend. This level 17 account has been spared so far ::crosses fingers::.

What I would like to know what what the is actually being said between the servers and real game. I suppose this was done originally when the API was taken apart but since the last update of Pokemon GO something was changed to help them spot cheaters. Just my feeling anyway.

So much speculation here on this forum but lack of any real evidence. I would love to meet someone who knows someone from the DEVS that can do some fact finding for us. In the meantime I have a friend that is trying to packet sniff the communication.

Anyway I have stopped all botting till this is solved.
