Botted for ~20hrs, 0 profit so far. What am i doing wrong?

Hey, so i bought this bot and leveled my barb yesterday and been botting for about 20hrs or so now..

I prefer item farming over gold farming, but i only found like 5 legendaries or so, witch is very bad imo, i can find 5 legendaries manually in just 2hrs or less. So i assume im doing something wrong..

Im using standart ww build, got ~100k dps, 6k armor, 700+allrez and ~30k hp, i farm on mp0 act3 inferno

Heres what iv downloaded and currently using:
[Giles Trinity] - plugin.
[RadsAtom] - plugin.
[A3 - Inferno] Champion-Hunting] - profile.

I didnt do any configs besides some stuff about looting in giles plugin, i just start d3 -> start bot -> press start in bot and let it do its thing..

Iv noticed that for some reason i get disconnects every few hours, and the bot doesnt do anything about it (do i need to download another plugin , can someone link it here please?).

So yeah, any tips on how i should improve myself here? do i need to change build or get another profile? any tips would be appreciated
 
RNG=Random Number Generator.

Sometimes, RNG is a bitch on her period, other times she will have sex with you and invite her hot friend.
 
jeez guys, ofc i understand its random, i played this game by hand for over 700hrs now... just asked for some tips since im very new to this.. also what can i do about the disconect/reconnect problem?
 
For your disconnects, make sure that you have "make game believe it's in the foreground" checked in the settings page.
A barb like yours should be getting around 4-500k an hour. If you are getting that amount then the monsters killed per hour and items per hour should be pretty consistent with what everyone else is getting.
 
4-500k per hour is fair, that translates to $3-4 per day after fees as a baseline. Items are sugar after that. The drops can be wildly random.
 
Honestly, right now hardly anything is selling, only really high end stuff that has a very low chance of being found. 20 hours is not enough to guarantee a profit.

i do agree somewhat, the Item market has slowed down, you don't even have to look at the RMAH to know, just lok at the trade channels, everyone has loads of legendaries and sets now.

theres a small uber-high end market still, but i've been making much more off good rares lately.

buut. gold still sells for me almost instantly

give it a week. then look over it again. and if your new, don't expect it to be a instant winfall, get used to what is popular on the market and suit to that, it changes with every nerf, patch, and new affix days
 
Switch to mp 1 as well. Makes all monster levels go to 63 and will increase drops. Helped me out a lot.

There is no difference between manual and bot farming regarding this, you'll have better luck next time ;)
 
I've only recently started myself... any of you guys have some AH tips that may help me sell things a little easier/faster/etc?

Agreed. Set items being vendored is never a good sign.
 
Your problem is 20hrs. Most of us go 24 hours a day on multiple bots and maybe get 1 thing that sells these days.
 
If you are disconnecting your connection isn't that great or is the bot going AFK on you?

If so, disable inactivity timer and use radsatom activity timer.
 
Yeah its all random dude, i have 3 bots running, some weeks i'd find crap, like items worth 1-5m. Than other weeks i'd find 1-3 100-1000m worth items. lol very random!
 
I am able to make between 150-300 USD on average per day running just a few bots on MP 6. The market is different because of the drop rate sure but my gold sells instantly. 20 hours should be enough to net you at least 30 or 40 million. You really cant be botting on the low MPs if you want to find lots of stuff. I would suggest at least MP 3. A lot of people are going to troll me but you get what you put in. If you build a bot for 30-100m gold your going to get your ass handed to you on MP 3. If you spend 600-1b gold you can bot MP 6 no problem and thats where you make the phat lewt

Hmm i disagree with this, manually is much more efficient..

Also about the disconnect problem - i loose my connection or something and i get this Disconnection window where i can press OK, after i press OK it returns me to the window after u login.. Bot doesnt press OK, and it gets stuck there until i come and press it myself, then it starts botting again. Can this be fixed so it would automatically press the OK button?
