Botstarter and Relogger for Gb/Hb

I had that too..
I made a fresh install of the relogger and typed all the settings myself instead of copying the settings file...if I try to use the old settings file in the new relogger it doesnt work

I'm just using HB2 and always start HB+WoW with the relogger so there is no chance to make anything wrong.. also the relogger settings are all OK and i checked them.. dunno whats going wrong =(

Just use another HB folder for the other HB accounts.

Are account 1-3 different to account 4? is account 4 a russian client and account 3 a usa client? For russian/taiwan clients you must enable "russian/taiwan or other wow client?" in Settings.
Btw. the error means: "Error opening specified file".
Also make sure you have the rights to write to the file. Right click on config.wtf, properties -> security

3.1.2:
- small fix for HB 2.0.0.4245, now it will click the start button correctly
*note: this version will not longer work with older HB versions, keep in mind.

Response to the error 1:

The accounts is on the same battlenet as the 3 others, the folder has write protection off. I have also checked that the file is actually there and are same as my other accounts. I have also tried to delete the file and set up the settings all over. Nothing works.

i downlaoded a fresh 3.12 installation and set everything up right.
HB is .4245...


EDIT: OK found out that its related to the relogger settings ("relogger"-tab).. i edited it everytime.. after using the standard settings it worked!... i am now looking for a concrete bug which you can solve then...sry 4 bad englisch

NOW I GOT IT!

It's the following option that makes the relogger unusable: "Stop restarting after ... restarts (not sleeping restarts)"

If you deactivate it the relogger is broken..

I just put in the value "9999" for a temp fix!^^

click on your accountname field, before he enter the pw, then you may see, whats wrong, are you using any special characters in you password? if yes, try to increase this lines in botstarter_3_gui.au3

Thanks for finding that out. It should be fixed in the new version.

Just delete your second custom class. I have added a detection in the new version for this, now it should select the first custom class in that list. But I still recommend to delete the second class.

3.1.4:
- select a custom class window will now detected and the first custom class will be chosen. But I recommend to delete the second custom class.
- better wow error detection.

Yea, I'm having the same problem. It loads everything fines but after it starts the bot it still says attempting to hit start at which point it will hit stop and continue with the cycle.

What HB version are you running? It must be HB 2.0.0.4245 or higher, the latest botstarter version is not working with lower HB versions.
I have just tested it with HB 2.0.0.4245 and 2.0.0.4265, still working for me.
And with what mode do you start HB? Grind bot, Questing?

- new process selector feature, it will select the right process and click on proceed then. You must enable it in settings -> relogger.

The program doesn't seem to notice that Honorbuddy have started,(started happening after patch 3.1.4). It just keeps spamming stop/start button.
I have tested 3.1.5 as well, no difference. Btw this is when using Questing. Does not happen for when doing BG or PVP.

"Trying to click Start in Honorbuddy (max 10 attempts)" this?
The botstarter will try to click start, until "You are a level" text is visible in HB log window.

I don't know what's wrong for you, I have no problems.

It gets to this part and just hangs. As in, it will not click "Start" in Honorbuddy.

Nothing more then this. It will just try to click start again and again, not detecting anything. I didn't write in all the tries it did, but it is spamming "trying to click start" every 30 second.

Everything works (for me) when using an account that is setup to start PvP.
But when starting program with an account set up to do Questing + Loading a questing profile, this problem occurs.

Maybe you could try starting the program, going into settings and choose a questing profile + Questing in what HB will do option. See if you also get the error then.

++ Started Account: x successfully doesnt come up for me.
