Bot's been stupid for a few days

So I've been running Honorbuddy on and off for a few years now and never really seemed to have a problem.
Lately i've been using it a lot on two different WoW clients doing multiple things (with Honorbuddy running twice).
No matter how i try and work it, it is stuck with my leveling my warlock. It leveled the Warlock from 91 to 97 1/2 without any issue, then i found it dead in Spires of Arak, when it respawned it sat, chilling, with the message 'no mobs to kill' on the Honorbuddy log. I tried closing Honorbuddy, changing profile, loading the profile differently etc. I even played the character 1/2 level myself and accepted quests in Nagrand.
Now when i load the profile (which is the Buddystores own 1-100 free levelling profile), it goes to pick up a quest from Stalker Ogka and opens and closes the quest window a million times before it gives up. I'll upload the copy of the log below.

I've also had two clients partied together, leveling toons from scratch with the Recruit-A-Friend bonuses. They stopped working, with no information in the log, as soon as they hit level 9.
Any help would be appreciated as this is baffling.

There's several questing add-ons for wow that interfere with the bot's ability to turn in quests. Any add-on that automatically turns in quests (ie. AutoTurnIn or other add-ons with similar function) can cause exactly the symptoms you're reporting.

Also, questing through RAF has never been supported. It's nearly impossible for the profiles to stay in sync. There's been botbases in the past that have done a better job, but questing with more than 1 character is not something supported.
 
I dont have any questing Addons. I did have CollectMe on, but Honorbuddy said it could be problematic so i disabled it.

My new plan with the RAF is to get them to level 15 manually, and force them to run dungeons together.
My main concern is Levelling my alts
 
Will try to clear the Cache's first as i have quite regularly switched toons without restarting honorbuddy.
If i still experience issues, i will then try DX9. Will comment once i've tested
 
So I ran the bots overnight.
When I woke this morning one had been disconnected, and the other was standing near a vendor. I'm unsure of what issues were caused, but Honorbuddy did continue the quest line correctly.

I ran them again this morning and will report once I get home from work, roughly 8 hours from now

Last night I just dinged 100 on my warlock!
