Both the key 4 days ago still didn'y get it

And every time I try to message customer support I receive an automatic message saying that the key may take up to 24 hours to be delivered.
Is it normal to take that long?

register in www.buddyauth.com using the same email you used in checkout page and you should be able to track your key

Thx altot. The key is there. That link should have been in the costumer service replay. I guess it's my bad for not checking here earlier.
