Hi

there was a thread a while back about the BOT randomly sending out messages via the chat text and it was deemed that it might be too much of a giveaway. However I thought of an idea how it could be implemented.

What if someone accuses your BOT of being a bot, such as "Report Churchill its a bot" or "I think xyz is a bot".

How about if TL2 watches for the word BOT and then responds automatically with say one of ten random phrases. They could be configured by the user.
So one such response could be "I'm not a BOT I`m just misunderstood", or "Who you calling a BOT I am a noob!"

It would give it more of a human response. To stop it going mad you could set a flag so once its said one of the random comments you set the flag to 1 so for the rest of the battle if the word BOT appears again it won't respond. Then at the end of the battle the flag is cleared again ready for the next one.

Just a thought not sure whether its good or bad ?

In this way, you will be spotted even without performing stupid act.

I did small script what just activate "chat" window and send text out.

Players reactions was quite funny, when script send out "GL" then many player answered "HF, U too, :)"

Best text was this phrase,

...doont cryy fooor mee Maalinoovka, I never looved you... ;) , that was old joke from WoT Forum.

,after Bot typed that one, responce was "LOL, ROFL, Are you okay... so it act like it must (next message container was "apology", so if first one hurted someone then next one was "sorry, sry, oops, my bad"... it was stupid script with random settings.

So random chat message can be really good but if Bot start "spam" then it got problems.(but there is spammers in game by default )

Chatbot is not new thing and maybe there is more necessary things to do...

Glommy

ps. I have those replays when I tested script... :), 1 - 3 chat messages per match.

Or user can customize the messages, it won't repeat. Think about situation that 2 TL user meet at the same time. You will have 2 similar reply. Also, WOT can collect the phases.

Also, one thing we can't avoid, We may have WOT undercover here. WOT official knows we exist.

They do? That's awesome!

BTW, I will never share my "Chat_Messages" and if some one do that option everyone must make their own but, this is good one, 'Dujeychugh jagh nIv yItuHQo'
