Bot Wont Start

Just purchased license yesterday via paypal and i tried to run the bot and i keep getting this message....(check screenshot)

Help?

I already sent a email to support; currently no response.

you ran it as admin?


also restart your pc and check for windows updates

k i updated all windows updates and ran both as admin with no luck...
anything else that can be causing this problem?
