Bot won't start

Hi, I just bought this bot but whenever i load a profile it gets stucks here: Creating new game, Params: <Act:A2 Difficulty:Normal Quest:74128 QuestStep:54 ResumeFromSave:False IsPrivate:True> . How can I fix it?

the profile is made for Normal difficulty
you can change difficulty if you open it with a text editor
also you must

have killed Magda once for your difficulty.​

I was trying to run it in normal difficulty to let it level my barbarian a bit, also I have unlocked Magda. I also forgot to mention that I get the same error with every profile I try :\
