Bot won't start - csc.exe issue

Downloaded those, repaired .Net, uninstalled and re-installed C++, and even downloaded the 64bit version of C++. Rebooted, opened D3 n DB, loaded profile, and it STILL freezes.
 
same problem here with my other cpu

my new one runs normal o.o
 
whats your pc specs and also let me know the time that DB freezes,whats your CPU and memory % ?

Diablo pretty much uses all my CPU, nearing 100%. I've always got around 4gb "spare" RAM, nothing I have uses 8gb.

EDIT:
I've limited Diablo to only use 1 CPU core, set it's priority to lowest, set DB's prio to highest, dumbed down the bot via Giles as low as it allowed, and it still keeps freezing. csc.exe is taking up ~41% of my CPU.
Do note, I've managed to make it run earlier.

i am out of ideas...the last thing you can try is an OS fresh installation
 
I'm not bothered to completely re-install Windows just to "try" to get DB to work.
Could it be the coding of DB that's causing this?

if you leave the priorities and cores of Diablo 3 normal do does it still do the same thing?
