Bot wont authenticate.

the code sent to me doesnt work. i cant log onto buddy auth.... please helpthere was an error authenticating your key with the server. please try again or use a different key i have tired 20 times, reinstalled, anything possible but it doesnt work still
 
how long does it take for them to reply??? i posted to the support on the website. then i get an email 1 hours later saying to post on the forum for these types of issues.... unbelievable how bad of an experience i am having with this website... how does an admin refer me to here when no one replies, and he became aware of the situation.... super unprofessional
 
Please contact Support if you're having issues with your key. I am unable to help you with that issue.
 
Just like the guy above I did go to the support first which only redirected me here.

I tried buying a separate 3 day key but I'm got the same problem with that key as I did with my lifetime on - unable to authorize your key with the server.

Update: There seems to be a problem on my end since I tried the key on another computer and it worked on that one. Is there some obvious connection problem with the authorisation server due to Windows that I'm neglecting to see? I have no additional firewalls and stuff like that.

Sure I'll open another ticket with the support but this back and forth is frustrating.

If you bought a key from us, and aren't able to login to BuddyAuth, and are unable to use it with Exilebuddy, then that's not an issue I can help you with. Support handles those issues, so I don't know why they told you to come here.

I'll refer this thread to Tony who will try to assist when he next can. There was a PoE patch tonight, so you'll need to wait for the new version to be uploaded before trying to use the bot, but if you've been having an issue for over a day now, than it's not related to tonight's patch.
 
Problem "solved" by reinstalling Windows. Couldn't figure out what the problem was. I guess it was just a coincidence that I got the problem the same time that joe3347 did.

Thanks though, looking forward to the beta update.
 
I'll add it to the FAQ as a few people have been experiencing it lately. Glad you got it working with a fresh install. :)
