Bot Won't attack factions

I tried creating a simple profile for myself to grind rugged leather of yetis in Winterspring. However, the bot only runs to hot spots. It doesn't actually kill any of the mobs unless attacked. The mobs are also not appearing on the Target List.

those are wowhead ID's

use Factions (the thing right below it when you press target info)

it should look like this.

For Factions I would put 16 because that's what Cho'gall is, not his wowhead Id of 43324
