bot will not repair

Hi guys, new to HB, used GB before. I am lvling a 46 troll rogue in Feralas using "Horde-1-60-Modified" and he will not repair. his dur. is 0 and no repair. Can some one give me some addvice plz. And heres the log.

using Honorbuddy Release 1.9.2.5
using roguedeadly CC http://www.buddyforum.de/showthread.php?1118-Mut-Mut-The-long-awaited-pvp-rogue-profile and i did rename the CC to Rogue.cs

FIXED:reload everything and now it repairs

and your sure you got gold on the char?
