bot will not kill mobs

i am trying to farm leather and the bot will go from hotspot to hotspot but will not fight and skin any of the mobs

It looks like your grindbot profiles are out of date from what I can see. I only quickly scanned it, also make sure its a Grindbot profile as you cannot load other profiles into Grindbot.
