Bot using skills that are not yet available (town portal)

I'm leveling a bot and it's currently just doing queen run and is lvl 7, pretty standard. Then with full inventory it just opened town portal and went back to town to sell to merchant and then return to OTR. What is going on? How can it use skills that are not available ... if anything this should trigger all sorts of alarm bells at blizz....

only time it mentions town portal is here where the log looks like this:

Sweet, have you tried using rend on any other warrior skill unavailable to your level?

I recomend you edit your botting profile so it doesn't use town portal.

No I took another char and killed diablo on normal for this low level guy, then you automatically get teleport quest completed as well.
