Enhancement shaman
When out of combat and below 90% hp bot uses Healing Surge and then use it again even when he is on full hp already.
I tried 3 different routines (Singular, King-WoW and TuanHa) same thing for every of them.
Anybody know the solution to fix this?
Logs looks like this:
[Singular] *Healing Surge on Me @ 83.6%
[Singular] *Healing Surge on Me @ 84.5%
