Bot Updates, but folder still says version 521?

I normally just install a fresh copy, but today I decided to try the Update button.
opens command prompt, and updates....
now.... i just noticed that files inside the folder changed, but the folder name itself remained as version 521... when it should say 523...

Just because of that fact, wouldn't that make many things not compatible?

was just wondering...
Because I know that when you try to rename it manually it normally doesn't run at all...
