Bot targets enemys but wont attack, HELP!

hey well basically for some reason my bot does everything fine but it wont attack enemy's. be it enemy playes in bg's or quest mobs. it only targets them for a few seconds then swaps target and so on. can anyone help me?

Bump, Ive updated honorbuddy to the latest version and also tried a different cc. still got the same problem. any more ideas please?
