Bot stucks and stop working

Like to seek some help here, bot is somehow stuck and the msg in DB was loading the profile.
I changed the profile but not working either.
Appreciate it and thanks in advance!~

Thanks Tony, but I already did that ..doesn't seem to work.
The plugins are from the installation, i would assume its updated.

all right ~ it works with rrrix's profile
in this case..does that mean i cannot use others ?

it means the profiles giving you issues are outdated
