bot stuck

[paella]

while running the bot on ledge, there's this rare stuck i encountered. the bot is standing in plain ground with no monster or whatever it just won't move.
i'm using exilebuddy beta version #782

This should hopefully be fixed when the out of town logic uses the new input features! The new stuff is being worked into the bot piece by piece to try and catch any errors that might occur from changing the logic. Right now, most in town stuff uses it, and Area Transitions will use it out of town.
