Ive been try for the last half an hour to get my quest bot to work but when i start it all it says is moving to hotspot and nothing happens.

HB is downloading meshes.
Please give it time to finish so it can do something.

Ive let it sit for quite some time... how long does it usually take?

Please either go into your honorbuddymeshes folder in AppData and delete the folder, or create a folder called Meshes in your HB folder and change your settings so that HB downloads meshes to the new folder.

You can also try turning off flight paths all together.
