bot stuck at stash doing nothing, or behind a chest in a bounty map and can't move

I noticed recently the bot gets stuck all the time. Before it was only bounties. Now I experience it in rifts or gr's.

It can be just in town next to rift portal or stash and the bot is doing nothing.

Stuck at opening door in a3 to The Foundry.

Stuck in a3 on the way to Cydea and randomly just keep running into a corner.

Stuck opening doorways in any ruins of corvus maps.

Would greatly appreciate any help.

Still same problem. This time I have it doing bounties and instead of fighting Uzrael the bot just hangs at the southeast portion of the boss map and does nothing while Uzrael just stomps my monk to death.

this one looks like a permission issue
