Bot Stops Working When Trying To Repair

I'm using BGBuddy and I'm getting the same problem everytime. It runs great until it tries to repair. It cannot find the NPC that's right in front of it and freezes the bot.

Here is a copy of the log pertaining to this issue:

Init gets called
Could not find vendor: 'Knight-Lieutenant T'Maire Sydes[51256]' blacklisting!
Moving to Type: Repair, Name: Knight-Lieutenant T'Maire Sydes
Could not find vendor: 'Knight-Lieutenant T'Maire Sydes[51256]' blacklisting!

Any idea whats going on?

Attaching the Log file will not help this situation as the only messages relating to this issue are posted above. Everything before it is nothing but CC readouts from abilities being used in combat. I do not encounter this problem with any other repair vendor except this 1. I have no problems with it in different places.

However, since I have successfully completed my PvP set, I am no longer in need to use this repair vendor so if you would like to look into the matter be my guest but I am considering this matter resolved for me atleast.
