Get this error if I run Questing or BG

I did that and BG ran fine. I tried to do questing again and got the same error. I tried BG again after questing failed and HB instantly crashed again. I did another fresh install and BG is working fine now. Is there something wrong with questing at this time?

Hi, Jadiokie,
Questing is working fine. The log you are showing us from the 'fresh install' is empty. Please locate another log that demonstrates the problem you are having, and let us have a look. My guess is you didn't 'fresh install' as you believe you did.

I renamed the old folder to Honorbuddy3, created a new folder called Honorbuddy. Downloaded the latest HB from the website and extracted the files into the new Honorbuddy folder. That's the only thing I put in there.

As I suspected, its not a 'clean install':
