Bot stopped because it couldn't ID an item....really...

In fact if this happens (I guess it's AIF) it's because something went wrong even with all the securities I've set, which is probably bad. So Instead of judging if it's clever or not, try to figure out why it failed (probably client-side issue, lag spike, or whatever.)

Everything was fine until today and this error popped up for me 3 times today. What could cause this all of sudden?
 
I bet its the event panels popping up asking you to sign up. It's not my job to fix it or know how, I'm a customer. Thx

If you're not willing to post a log, don't use Advanced Item Filter and don't complain about it not working. AIF is a *community* plugin written by toNyx and not something official from Bossland.

So you have 2 choices here:
- post a full log where the issue happens
- don't use AIF, don't complain and stfu.

"disable in-game notifications" to avoid this ? there's 99% chances you're running the bot 800x600 and the races/events notifications are blocking identification.
