Bot stop when i enter the character selection

Hello buddy.
I have two problem with EB today .
The first : when the bot enter the character selection , it will stop automatically.
The second : I buy a key 3 session . But when i try to enter the second account , the first account will stop automatically .
I lost a lot of time to reinstall program and bot , but i can't solve these problem
Can anyone help me plz ?

1) tell the autologin plugin the charname
2) you received 1 key that has to run on the same Authserver on each instance you use it. Eu or na or China etc. You can make this setting in the global options
