Bot stands still in rifts

Whenever I'm running Nephalem or Greater rifts, sometimes my bot will just stand still and not do anything. I suspect it has to do with the fact that it's surrounded by mobs and doesn't view them as a high enough percentage progress to attack them, so they just attack me until they die (I'm running thorns crusader). Is there anything I can do to fix this?
