Bot sometimes doesn't pick up Legendarys and does not use book of cain

Hi
I'm using:
Adventurer 1.2.0.116
Armory 1.4.0
Trinity 2.13.32

Is it normal that the bot doesn't use the Book of cain anymore to id legendarys?
I have also noticed that the bot sometimes doesn't pick up dropped legendarys from Greater Rift Guardians when his inventory is full. he is not going for a town run. he just leaves the rift, closes it and than starts with the town run.

any solutions?
