Bot shuts down - Session Invalid

Bots keep shutting down when I start them saying the Session is Invalid. Been using same key for years with no issue.

Not on wifi. I do have a firewall and antivirus enabled, and have always. Eset Endpoint 5.

Now it is saying the key is assinged to SoutheastAsia region and cannot be used in NorthAmerica region. I've logged into buddyauth and set the region to both best latency and NorthAmerica but the problem persists and the settings keep reverting to SoutheastAsia once I log out of Buddyauth.com.
