Bot randomly stops all the time

Hey just started using hearthbuddy and was wondering if anyone could tell me why is seems to randomly stop playing in the middle of matches or turn off after matches very often would really appreciate help with this! seems completely random but never seems to run very long without just stopping like maybe a few games at a time at the most
