Bot randomly stopping

Problem started after the last update. I've downloaded a fresh copy of Exilebuddy 5 times just to rule that out, but not luck. The bot will run fine for a few runs, and then after leaving town and attempting a new run, it'll just stop. The bot is still running (Commands are being issued in the log, it looks like) but it seems none of it is being sent to the game. The character will just stand there for an infinite amount of time (I've tested it for 3 hours). Like I said, multiple fresh installs, disabling all plugins, changing areas, shutting down the computer, changing firewall settings, etc, etc. It only started happening after the recent update. Nothing's changed on my computer. Log is attached. Thanks in advance guys! <3

i cant see anything obvious. i could not id where the problem occurs :/

WImM

That's the problem. I couldn't see anything either, and was hoping someone would catch something I missed. Like I said, the bot continues to feed commands, and just stands there after a few runs.

Check the GUI Overlap section of the ExampleRoutine Guide and make sure that's not the issue.

Other than that, what are you combat ranges set to and what skills are you using. If you set your combat range too far, the client won't do anything because you're trying to cast off-screen..

To check where the cursor is when it seems to stop, give the client focus, and press ALT + SHIFT + X and the cursor will be set to where the bot is placing it. You can press the same key combo again to regain control. If the cursor seems off screen and trying to target a mob, then it's most likely your CR settings.

Other than that, checking over your log, if the log messages you are seeing are:
2014-11-07 07:19:39,663 [16] DEBUG LootItemsTask (null) - [LootItemTask] Now attempting to interact with the item. This is the #10 attempt.
2014-11-07 07:19:39,663 [16] DEBUG Coroutines (null) - [InteractWith] Now attempting to highlight 3211. holdCtrl = False.
2014-11-07 07:19:39,695 [16] ERROR Coroutines (null) - [InteractWith] The target 3211 could not be highlighted.
2014-11-07 07:19:39,984 [16] INFO ExampleRoutine (null) - [Logic] Now disabling Always Highlight to avoid targeting issues.
2014-11-07 07:19:40,017 [16] DEBUG LootItemsTask (null) - [LootItemTask] The current item to loot is [3211] Orb of Alteration at {918, 639}. We have been on this task for 00:00:15.6756673 and have been attempting to interact for 00:00:14.7621607.

Then that's just the looting logic not trying to give up on looting an item, and it will take some time if there's something wrong. It's most likely due to your character being desyned , so if you're watching your bot and it stops and it looks like it's trying to loot, stop the bot, manually /oos and start it again to see if it resyncs properly and then is able to loot the item.

New log is attached to show what's happening. This is basically what it does every time. The bot will finish stashing/selling in town, take the waypoint to the farming area, and then this will happen. It will stand there and not do anything for an infinite amount of time. As you will see, it thinks it entered the catacombs (Or whatever area its set to run), but will not move after taking the waypoint, and it will think it's exploring. The % explored will continue going up, it will try to loot non-existent items, fight non-existent mobs (That doesn't even exist outside of Catacombs, where it's currently at), but nothing is actually happening. It's very, very strange.

Do you have more than one client open, and are perhaps watching the wrong client? Or, are you using any 3rd party programs alongside PoE/EB?

What you're describing is impossible in a game like this. I think you have something interfering or there's some other issue not related directly to the bot itself.

Only ever run 1 client, and have no third party programs running. Just the one client, and the bot. I know it sounds impossible, but it's exactly what it does lol. I've already ruled out combat ranges, and GUI overlapping. I checked where the cursor was being placed. Before it stops working, the bot runs perfectly fine. Cursor moves, and everything is fine. When the bot transitions from one place to another (Town to marketplace, or marketplace to catacombs), that's when the issue arises. It doesn't happen every time. After around 8ish transitions, the bot stops the moment it transitions, and the cursor doesn't move. It was only after the most recent update. Nothing on my computer has changed, and bot/POE settings are 100% identical. I'll get you a couple screen shots to show exactly what I mean. I'm honestly not sure what's causing it, but I went from being able to bot 24/7 with no issues, to having to close the bot and reopen fairly often.

Can you post a video? or even a short 1 minute gif when this problem occurs.

Yup, no problem. Let me get a recording of it. I'll post the link to the video shortly. Thanks guys <3

<removed>

The bot runs flawlessly for a time (10-40 minutes), and it'll stop randomly after doing an area transition.

Edit: Removed since it's a ToS violation on that site.

Yea, it's waiting for something to finish, can you also post log from that video as well, thanks.
Oh full log please, thanks, I want to see what gets loaded.

Are you running Vmware? (Sorry if it's been asked before).
If you are can you pm me your skype, I'll teamviewer with you and diagnose this, after the full log of course.

Figured out the issue. For some reason, my disk was hitting 100% usage, and I was running out of memory. Couldn't figure out what was causing it, so I wiped the OS, and did a reinstall. Seems to work now lol.

Glad you got it working. That's the craziest thing I've ever seen.

I also removed the link to your video, you might also want to delete it now, as it's a ToS violation on that site.

Good call. Would've completely forgotten about it :D I don't know anything about computers, when it comes to technical stuff. I can't understand why the disk was being maxed out. I checked the task manager, but there was only about 1mb of disk being used, and it was hitting 100%. Exact same amount being used, but it's sitting at around 3% or less. Very strange. Thanks guys!
