bot problems 3 diffrent probs

after hitting start, the bot starts but don´t walk araound and there are no pokestops around.everything worked fine for me, but after ur update i got this issue.Also with my other accounts.
when i try to restart the bot, i got this msg:[10:55:59] Authentication failed. Maybe you have a session timeout or inserted a wrong Auth Key?
or the bot does not start, or it tells me something about authentication.the key that i use is new so that´s not the problem
Can u pls help me?
or the bot works but after an hour or so it stops
