[Bot] PoolFishingBuddy - BetaTest

lvl 69 shaman and i downloaded 1.0.10 and i still have the same problem. what is the min/max lvl thing with the profile? (i am also a lifetimer)

It's not a "prestige thing" to be a member of the lifetimer group. And it's no crap. It prevents the community from users that signed up to this forums but didn't pay for nothing and using a crac ked version of HB. Please give the fresh installation a shot..

and i have everything configured in the profile. i assume your talking about character profiles, because i didn't load any other profiles when starting poolfishingbuddy

I dont know what Im doing wrong with mine :( I have the latest release 1.0.14 and Im using the attached profile I have just changed the max lvl to 86 in it. When I try to start the bot it just stands there and if I press "stop" it just cycles through the starting process and hangs there again, the only way I can actually get it to stop and change to a different bot it to close HB and open it again. Ive attached a log and the profile I was using


*edit* I noticed that in the log it says I havent selected my fishing pole or weapon but those have been selected in the bot settings...

I had the same problem. All I had to do was go back and reselect the fishing pole / weapons after i had pressed start and it worked.

Amazing bot btw.
 
yeah Ive tried doing that but when it wont stop for me lol when I press stop it literally just starts again... This comes up in the HB window, Ive tried selecting the pole etc while its running aswell but nothing happens

Right. Don't try and stop it. It was doing the same start/stop thing for me. All I had to do was select my fishing pole and stuff while the bot was running and it fixed it. Don't really know what to suggest other than that :/
 
Good one, The new version (0.9.6p) adds the total number of fish you've caught in this location (and the current count) to the watcher -- I noticed I couldn't tell how many casts I'd made so far to see how far off the average I am for the turtle.

Got it fixed, now have my tag. Will be trying the fresh install as soon as I can.

Reading your log, you did not choose a mainhand weapon and that's why the bot was not starting.

Version 1.0.16 is out: Download

- New MoveToPoolBehavior (tested with 1.0.15).
- "Protected Items.xml" is now protecting the items.
- Added "Hearth and Exit" / "Mail to" option to advanced settings.
- Mailing works but I need to write my own logic, because this one is not using flying mounts.. You should use "Hearth and Exit" for now.

All has been working great here, doing the Uldum Flying Mount profile for the blackbelly fish. The coast still gets stuck in that one spot, but got the 10k fish from pools so thank you very much :)
 
Lets say i want to fish up old crafty in orgrimmar, how do i stop it from searching for pools?
 
Great bot...works great for me. One request if I may, anyway to add the use of Water Walking Potions, Water Walking for Shams and the DK's Path of frost?
 
It keeps saying

This profile does not contain any profiles fitting the character!

Any ideas what im doing wrong ? It worked fine on my other computer but not this one.
