Bot plugging on fights in the heat of battle

A problem I have with the bot is that sometimes when you encounter fights that take long, such as champions at same lvl of your character, my character just plugs the fight.

Sometimes he kills a few of the champions, then with one or two left still bashing away he suddenly ignores it and goes: "well fuck that, I'm gonna go and pull some more mobs."

This obviously causes me to die sometimes.

Anyone else have this problem too or know how to fix it?

Edit: It always seems to happen with the yellow named mobs.

Mine does this as well.. Even when at like 10% HP because it never uses Health Pots and likes to stand in Plague and desecrate.
