Bot Picking up normal items?

Soooo,

i have the item filter set to pickup rare only, but sometimes it picks up normal items that are useless....
not sure whats causing this, does anyone else have the same experience?

Please make sure you have enabled the Key Pickup setting the PoE client. Otherwise, the click picks up items if you click on them!

I left mine on the default "alt" and dont have your issue. You might try changing it to "alt", not sure if it'll help but worth a shot. You can verify yourself by clicking on an item on the ground. Does it pick up without alt being held?
