Bot Paused

Hi,

I'm unable to use DB at the moment. I only see "bot paused" in the status bar on the bottom.
Attached you will find the log.

I hope someone can help?

I did a fresh install still same won;t start anything see second log file:
Element ResumeUseTownPortal is not supported. Please check your XML and try again

I used the build in ACT profile: AllActs_RestartCurrentAct.xml
Any ideas where to start?
