Bot not attacking

Hi guys so ive been leveling from 1 - 90 and just recently in Pandaria my bot has been trying to kill things for its quests but it just runs to them and does not attack or even turn around, Im using Tuanha's Hunter Special Edition and trying Singular atm to see if its a Routine issue, anyway any help or things you guys could think of would be great! thanks

EDIT: doesnt seem to be a problem with Tuanha Hunter CC as im running singular now at it is not attacking a target when they attack him.
