Bot not accepting quests.

So Im using the quest buddy with kicks profile. When the bought goes to an npc which has several quests 3 for example, the bot clicks on the quests but then does not accept them. And then he repeats the process until he logs out. Does anyone know how to fix this? Im a noob!

-Tried searching forums before I made this post had no luck.
